Our dryer of 10+ years was (in what we feared) it’s last breath, so we knew we had to not only get our dryer duct cleaned (we have a 30+ year house), but we also needed a professional to service and run full diagnostics on our machine. Not all companies can do these two services, we looked. In come Eagle Union, our tech Ulysses is very knowledgeable, thorough, articulate and professional. He first came to do full diagnostics on the machine, examine our ducts (two story home), and clearly explained what needed to get done to get our dryer working as it should, and provided us with a fairly accurate estimate of what the final cost would be of their services (after cost of parts). We couldn’t be happier with the end result, we now have a fully working machine, and no new dryer purchase was needed! What’s best, it was a more than fair price for all the work he did in our home. Both he and his wife were very responsive and communicative with scheduled service times, status of order of parts, cost and invoicing. Such a pleasure to work with this small business! I’m already recommending them to my neighbors, family and friends! Old reviews don’t do justice to the current service we received from this business! So grateful to have found such a great team! I also want to note, they are fully bilingual English and Spanish!
