We recently completed a new construction home, still pending CO and purchased our appliances through fuse appliances after The installation of the appliances a week ago we discovered that the refrigerator delivered by Fuse appliances does not include a freezer. This is a subzero refrigerator without freezer or ice. There is no separate freezer purchase as part of our order and at no point during the sales process was it made clear that we would be receiving a refrigerator only unit. We are now about to receive our CO in this brand new home with no freezer no icemaker and no practical way to store frozen food. When we contact a few appliances, Camy Gonzalez our sales person to resolve what appears to be an obvious issue. We were told that this is what we purchased, and that they would not exchange the unit rather than working towards a reasonable solution. The company has shown no concern for our situation. What has been especially disappointing is the lack of communication we have worked with the same salesperson Camy Gomez for years yet once this problem arose, our calls and messages were largely ignored. Customer service has been unresponsive dismissive, and unwilling to take ownership of a situation that has left without a basic household necessity mistakes can happen in any business what separate a good company from a bad one is how they respond when a customer needs help. Unfortunately our experience with Fuse appliance has been extremely frustrating. We spent a significant amount of money outfitting a new home and expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer Support. Based on our experience I cannot recommend fuse appliances or Camy Gonzalez and Virginia his manager and would strongly encourage Prospective customers to carefully review every appliance specifications and get all the details in writing before purchasing and immediately after delivery.

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent delivery and installation service I received for my appliances. From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, organized, and extremely professional. They handled everything with great care, protected all areas of my home, and left everything spotless when they finished. They were also very courteous and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not easy to find such reliable and thorough service these days, and they truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Arsenio and Josef!

Great customer service. Great work by the delivery team. Not that great support from Jakie Rocha so would not recommend this employee but an amazing customer service by Osvanny Martinez that went above and beyond to help with my delivery, the product and the timing. Some people wants to do the sales, some people is worried about solving your problems.

The sales process was fine and was pleased with my sales associate who helped me finalize the high end appliances (subzero, wolf) I wanted in my house. However, the pre install appt and actual installation was a hot mess! They initially said my space was suitable for the refrigerator and hood during the pre install appt which was virtual, yet some things were missed and the install team was telling me things couldn’t work. The install team was borderline unprofessional sharing with me personal struggles like back problems, being overworked by the company and unhappy with their hourly pay ! Unbelievable. I would consider another company for high end appliances. And never agree to a virtual pre install appointment. Instead have all your meetings in person to avoid any issues. Ultimately I got my appliances installed but the process was lengthy and painful
