My wife and I visited the Impel America showroom in Miami after it was recommended to us by one of the appliance brands we were planning to purchase for our kitchen project, and we’re very glad we did. The showroom is impressive and has a great selection of premium appliances. Being able to see everything in person made a big difference for us while planning our kitchen. We were assisted by Lázaro, who took the time to give us a full tour of the showroom and explain the different appliances and options in detail. He even showed us some of the kitchen design displays they have there, which helped us better visualize how we wanted our own kitchen to look. That extra guidance was incredibly helpful. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. We received excellent pricing on the appliances we selected, everything arrived on time, and the installation process was professional and well organized. We did run into an issue with the first Liebherr refrigerator we received. One replacement unit even arrived physically damaged out of the box, which was obviously frustrating. However, what really stood out to us was how the Impel America team handled the situation. Lázaro stayed involved the entire time, kept us informed, and made sure we were never left dealing with the manufacturer on our own. In the end, Impel replaced the refrigerator with a beautiful and very advanced Miele unit at no cost to us. The way they stood behind their customer and took responsibility for resolving the situation made all the difference. Customer service like this is hard to find today. My wife and I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and support we received throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and explained all the features clearly, without any pressure. Jorge Montes was exceptional in helping me choose the best options to fit my needs, including the sleek graphite oven and microwave combo that I love. When my cabinet maker suggested handles were necessary for the refrigerator panels, Jorge went above and beyond to explain how the panels could be modified to achieve the handle-free look I wanted—absolutely brilliant! He also helped me secure a rebate and facilitated the payment process. Throughout the entire experience, Jorge was incredibly responsive and attentive. He’s truly the best!
