Don't mistake efficiency for rudeness; Because they aren't on commission, the associates give you the honest truth. If you have any issues or questions we found the manager incredibly accommodating. If you prefer a straightforward experience, it's a great place to buy. You get a quality appliance while letting someone else take the massive 40–60% depreciation hit that happens the moment ANY new appliance leaves a showroom.

Worst place to purchase a product! I bought a washing machine on 4/25/26 it was supposed to be delivered by Saturday at 12-4pm. Instead they tried to deliver the product at 11am. Then refused to bring it back the same day.The next day I had to contact the store (no proactive customer service), A supervisor named Brand V. Said he'd have it delivered on Monday by 8am, but of course the crew came at 9 am and when they plugged it in the washing machine didn't work! Now the delivery guys have the machine, so I go back to the store to get my money back, but Dylan (store associate) says you can't get an refund until the delivery men bring it back so I gave him my phone number and he promised to call me back that same day by 6pm. Of course he didn't call back, so I called the store at 6:45 pm and asked to speak to the manager Maria who refused to refund me the $125 for the delivery and hung up the phone in my face when I asked who do I contact for the small claims suit. All-In-all it pretty clear that no one at this store cares, about customers they're reputation, or their jobs. It's sad because most Lowes hardware stores have great customer service. But I'd avoid this place because the 15%- 20% off isn't worth the poor customer service and nasty attitudes.

awesome deals. items are 30, 50, and 75% off. scored $1700 fridge for $425. be sure to use your lowes credit card for an additional 5% off, brought fridge price down to just above $400. with all the savings, purchased a 5 year extended warranty for only $130. normally, logic is to never buy an extended warranty. with outlet item, you can't go wrong buying an extended warranty. manufacturers warranty also applies to scratch and dent items. I've purchased multiple smokers, grills, and appliances here and extremely satisfied with everything. it's a no brainer to look here first before paying retail. as cosmo kramer once said, RETAIL IS FOR SUCKERS !!! placed a photo magnet over 2 scratches on front of fridge, and it looks like a brand new fridge.
