I bought a self venting kitchen hood from Marcelin. When I was told the installation fee was $400 I thought it was way too much and I said so. I paid $1,100 for the hood. I could not understand why so high. That night Luis personally called me (the owner) had me take pictures of my existing hood and forward them. He later explained everything and why it cost $400. I agreed to do the installation with his installer. The installation took 2 and a half hours, two people. It was not a simple thing like I thought. It was worth the $400. The hood is beautiful, works great and most of all it was installed right. If Luis had not taken the time to call me, I would have never known and a cheap installer could have done a bad job. I definitely recommend them. Luis cared. I will buy again other appliances in the future. Marianne Salazar

I had a great experience! My dishwasher broke, and I needed a new one. Shannon was courteous and kind throughout the entire process. She helped me discover that the dishwasher I wanted would not fit in my counter because I needed an ADA-compliant dishwasher. I had no idea! So, Shannon saved me a lot of time and aggravation by making sure that I had the correct dimensions so that I could pick the dishwasher that I really wanted that would fit. It did take an extra few days because ADA dishwashers are not always easy to get, especially if you want one with bells and whistles like mine. But it was delivered and installed on the date as promised, and the installation took about an hour. The price was excellent and included installation and haul away. I highly recommend them. They are professional, they know what they're doing and they gave one real predictability you can count on in terms of scheduling. They promised it today and the 2 friendly and bilingual gentlemen delivered and installed it today and in fact arrived a few minutes early.

Great appliance purchasing experience working with the store rep Shannon. She was very knowledgeable about Sub Zero refrigerators and knew exactly what I needed. The entire process was pain-free, with easy payment and delivery, as well as professional installation. We hope to get another 35 years out of this Sub Zero ! Thank you Shannon !
