I recently had the pleasure of working with Mia Appliance for the purchase and installation of a new kitchen appliance, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, particularly regarding their punctuality in delivery and the quality of the installation. First and foremost, the delivery team arrived exactly on time, which is a rarity these days! They called ahead to confirm their arrival, ensuring that I was fully prepared for the drop-off. This level of professionalism speaks volumes about Mia Appliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. It was refreshing to see a company take such care in honoring their schedule. Once the appliance was delivered, the installation process began. The technicians were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly skilled. They took the time to explain every step of the installation, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The quality of their work was evident as they meticulously set up the appliance, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before they left. It was clear that they take great pride in their craft. Moreover, the team left my kitchen spotless, which I greatly appreciated. It’s the little details like this that truly set Mia Appliance apart from others. Thank you Mia Appliance!

I felt the need to write this based on our experience with Mia Appliances. They are a different company than Mia Cucina with whom we had a good experience. However, Mia Cucina recommends them. We do not. Mia Appliances was the worst vendor we worked with during the remodel of our Miami Beach home. David Rabenstine, a salesperson, was awful to work with and never followed up with us. We bought a full set of Wolf and Subzero appliances and both the microwave and subzero wine cooler were installed by Mia Appliances and both did not work. It was nearly impossible - a month after installation - to get David or any other Mia Appliances person on the phone. We are happy to walk whom ever reads this through the details of why this experience was the worst we had. In short, Mia Appliance lied, failed to follow up, and never went out of its way (including the owner, Pablo Soifer), to make good on any of the major issues they caused. We could not urge one more to not use them and they will one day cease to exist given their terrible service and behavior.
