The worst experience I have ever had with a service company. I called them out to have a small freezer fixed that was not freezing.they came out and determined that it was a drain pan heater and cover that was causing the issue. I had them fix that they told me it was good to go and I give it a day to start freezing but it never does. The repair did not fix the issue. I finally get them back on the phone when they tell me that it must be the compressor and I should now pay them for that repair even though the first repair that I already paid for did not fix my issue. So instead of taking them at their word I call the manufacturer of the freezer atosa. Who tells me that the drain pan heater and cover and the compressor fan motor had nothing to do with my issue. The manufacturer determined that is was a malfunctioning thermometer probe. All in all I was charged $600 for labor and part for a repair that was not even needed and did not fix my freezer. Stay far away from this scam if a company

They canceled my appointment because something came up! I understand things happen, i run a business too but didn’t get a call about cancelation until i called to see what happened and why is noone coming or calling. Can’t rely on this company if you run a business and need thing done
