Miele Experience Center Coral Gables

I needed to replace my dishwasher and wanted to upgrade to the Miele brand. I visited the Miele experience center in Coral Gables and I was assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate Chris Denissen. Deciding on the correct appliance can be daunting experience, however with the assistance I received from Chris far exceeded expectations and made the decision easy. Chris was extremely helpful and patiently explained to me the differences between the models so I could make an informed decision with an appliance I will use every day. I will be returning to the Miele experience center for future appliance needs.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff who explained various appliance models' capabilities, invaluable for making final informed purchase decisions. Our associate Chris was especially passionate and knowledgeable about the whole suite of Miele products and really persuaded me (without any pressure) to look no further for everything I needed for my kitchen remodel. I initially walked into the Miele showroom in Coral Gables to check out a wall oven, but thanks to the incredible service I received. Over the past month I've gone back a couple more times than my plan. By the third visit I was sure l'd be getting not only the wall oven, but also a speed oven, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner, and a coffee maker. That transformation is entirely thanks to the outstanding service of the sale associate who helped me. Christopher was incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant every time I visited. He has a genuinely kind and easygoing personality, and never pushy. He was just happy to demonstrate how each appliance worked. His calm, informative approach made the whole experience feel comfortable and pressure-free. What stood out most is how much trust he inspired; both in him and in the Miele brand. His professionalism and care made all the difference. Exceptional service like his is rare, and I felt each visit feeling even more confident in my choice. Christopher is a true asset to Miele team. The Miele Experience Center is an amazing place to learn about and interact with the wide range of Miele products. Since you can't actually buy the appliances at this location, there are no pushy sales people and you can count on honest assessments. The BEST part by far was the cooking demonstration by CHEF ALIZA - she is amazing. It was extremely helpful to our decision making process to see the appliances in action, explained in an easy to understand way. Plus the food was delicious! Looking forward to going back for another class.
