I bought a used washer from Portelles Appliance on 120 Ave and 117 Ct. about 6 months ago and 3 months later the washer doesn't work. While we were looking at the washers, I ask the lady if they fixed washers and she told us yes and that the estimates were free. We bought a washer for $250. When I got home I called my son because his 2 year old washer had stopped working and he called them for an estimate. We'll, after the man checked out the washer he charged my son $65...Free is not, "We will take it off the bill if you do the job with us". We thought the estimate was FREE! BEWARE of Companies that are claiming free estimates! Also if you have a problem with any company, please write a review so other people can stay away from these companies. I wish I could give them a '0' but we were the ones that fell for their talk.
