Didn’t get to schedule anything so can’t speak to service quality of their technicians. After seeing great reviews on Reddit, I called their main line to request a quote for a house located in Clermont, FL which per their own website clearly states they service. The lady on the other end said they didn’t service Clermont at all and was very dismissive when I mentioned that their own website stated the opposite. In her own words, “Maybe you should contact someone actually in Orlando since we’re in Longwood”. If you don’t want potential customers to be confused, fix your own website so it’s accurate. No need to be condescending.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Christian R from Scott’s AC, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. Christian’s level of knowledge is truly impressive—he took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system and answered all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident and informed. He performed the work with remarkable precision and efficiency, leaving everything in perfect order. It is rare to find someone who combines such technical expertise with a genuinely friendly and helpful attitude. If you are looking for top-tier service, Christian is the one to ask for. He is a credit to the team at Scott’s AC, and I will definitely be requesting his help for any future needs. Stop what you’re doing and hire him if you need your AC serviced—he is excellent!

I scheduled my first maintenance for the year after they installed the new unit back in August of last year. Nick was the tech who came out and was very attentive, efficient and talked me through his findings. He did an excellent job in answering questions I had concerning the unit. In my opinion one of the best AC techs that I have worked with, overall Scott’s is a top notch company and I will continue to use them in the future.

This is our second time using Scott's, and they have been amazing. Our air condition stopped working yesterday afternoon, and after a quick call to Reuben (lovely man), he had a technician to our home in 10 - 15 minutes. So thankful they were able to come so quickly given that the air condition said it was already 84 degrees in the house. They diagnosed the problem right away and also took the time to do a thorough check on the system to ensure we don't have any issues during the summer. Really pleased with the service we have received. I would highly recommend Scott's to others and will definitely be calling them again in the future for our HVAC needs. 5 stars!

I've been a customer of Scott's for the last 2 years and have utilized their preventive maintenance plan on my new A/C unit in which they come out every 6-months. I've had great techs come out for service calls especially Allen and Daniel. They are professional, straight to the point, and efficient. I recommend their services to anyone.
