O. T.
This company is a joke. The service is awful, and the organization is a complete mess. The representatives do not seem to know anything.
First, they will not tell you what time their technicians will arrive - not even an approximate time - so be prepared to waste an entire workday waiting for them. Even then, there is no guarantee they will actually show up.
Second, they take your AC unit for repairs without having the necessary parts, leaving you without air conditioning during the Florida summer and providing no estimated completion date. I am now entering my third week without an AC unit because it was taken for repairs, and they keep rescheduling the installation appointment because the required part has still not arrived.
The service is highly unprofessional. Everyone keeps passing responsibility to someone else, creating an endless loop with no resolution. My condo has a service contract with them, and it seems that this arrangement has removed any sense of urgency from their work.
As I am writing this review, I have been on the phone for more than two hours trying to find someone who can answer a simple question: When will my AC unit be returned and reinstalled? So far, no one has been able to provide an answer.
How can a company that positions itself as a large service provider not have a standard replacement part available for an AC unit in a condominium it maintains? How can an AC Repairs company remove an AC unit without being certain they can repair and reinstall it within a reasonable timeframe? How can an office manager not be aware of the technicians’ schedule?
