We purchased a refrigerator from Appliance Gallery. After looking at all the chain stores, we found it so much easier and more informative. This helped us tremendously. It is a well run family owned business. They answered all of our questions and gave excellent recommendations. The price was comparable to the chain stores. The difference was it was a faster and more personal experience. The delivery was seamless. They were careful, neat, and thoughtful. Overall, I highly recommend them. The owners are wonderful people.

Before Appliance Gallery was highly recommended we went with a random Google search local to me and needless to say we still needed the real experts! Thank goodness for Kevin and his family at Appliance Gallery! I have a very odd set up for a washer and dryer. Due to Kevin’s honesty and their fair pricing, quick response I now have a washer where it needs to be that works! I am so happy and relieved and grateful. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone with an appliance need. From the first call to the installation I couldn’t be more happy, grateful, and relieved that there are still honest, hardworking, and fair people out there that are genuinely great at what they do! As a first time homeowner, I naturally went to the big box stores. When I was looking for a specific fridge, I saw this store had it in stock. Let me tell you, I will never shop for appliances at a big box store anymore. The customer service was amazing, they are so knowledgeable about their products. My fridge arrived and had cosmetic damage from shipping, which happens. They rectified it right away and got it fixed promptly. The price was cheaper than everyone else, and included delivery and haul away. What a great experience with this company- I am very happy!

Everything about this experience was awesome. We had some idea of what we wanted with a new washer/dryer but no real knowledge other than what I read online. Jim was super knowledgeable and easy to chat with. He asked questions to really get the right fit for us. He didn't pressure us at all - just explained the difference between the machines and let us make a decision. Delivery was in 1 week, great time! We were told that we would get a call the delivery day, at around 9:30 to give us a small window for delivery. We were called at 9:24 and given 11-1pm. The delivery guys showed up around 11:30. Very friendly, took the old ones, brought my new ones, started them up and that was that. What a great experience. I've had so many bad ones with other companies that I just had to give this company and it's staff proper kudos! Thank you and I will highly recommend Appliance Gallery in the future!

Jim was extremely helpful, patient, honest and knowledgeable in my search for a new washing machine. He understood I was in a tight spot and researched best pricing while listening to what I needed from the washer. Delivery was smooth and the gentleman stayed to set up and explain machine settings, never acting as if it was a chore. Very happy with our experience & will purchase appliances again from this local, family owned business.
