Will NEVER purchase from this place again. They are not honest, sell you products and then deliver without all the components. Jim Reade should be fired, he raised his voice and knew nothing about problem solving. He only wanted to be right, not solve a simple problem. He is in desperate need of training and what a disappointment when I reached out to the "Boss" Tina Tsikis she didn't bother to hear about the multiple issues, only delegated. Then that person did zero. Shameful. Never again. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Richard provided us with such excellent service. He matched us up with our beautiful new Bosch fridge and microwave and was able to help with expedited delivery. Great customer service and a beautiful array of designer appliances. I really appreciate Richard's informative and proactive communication style.
