I called today to figure out what was wrong with our payments being made to quality ice and the woman who answered and claimed to be the manager was blatantly rude. Not only did she abruptly hang up on me she also hung up on my partner. Rather than come up with a solution or be helpful she was extremely combative. We wanted to make sure all of our tickets were paid and also wanted to make sure that we're not being overcharged for something we already paid for- and to our knowledge we are up to date. The lady on the phone has zero phone etiquette and it was a horrible experience speaking to her. I tried to relay to this extremely rude lady that we're not trying to come off as argumentative but she honestly didn't even give us a chance to relay what we were trying to explain to her. I don't appreciate this level of service at all.
