We purchased 3 ceiling fans here about 5 years ago. The wi-fi receiver went bad on one of them recently. I went back to the store in North Palm Beach to inquire about a replacement receiver part. They told me it would be available the next day but unfortunately did not arrive on the delivery truck when I came back. They apologized for my wasted trip. When it finally came in, I installed it (simple enough diy ), but the part did not work. Again, they were apologetic, and because of my being inconvenienced twice, they graciously offered the replacement part at no cost. I thought this was very kind and probably the right thing to do, which I was grateful for. In addition, while replacing the receiver ( this time it worked) I asked Rudy why my fan has made so much noise over the years. He told me to send him some pictures of the: mount, down- rod, fan, etc, and sure enough he pointed out that my private electrician inserted the down-rod upside down years ago! Uggh! Anyway, Rudy took the time to walk me through how to correct this, reinstall the down-rod correctly, etc, and amazingly, all the rumbling noise went away. I am very happy with the personalized, and kind service I have received at Dan's Fan City over the years, and give a shout out to both Rudy, and Chty ( goes by "T" ). Kudos to you guys, Mark Baratta
