Viking oven thermostat replacement . Daniel was diligent in assessment and follow thru with obtaining parts from the supplier . He was also consistent in updating us then scheduling the repair . The support team always called to confirm arrival the day prior to each appointment .

Wish I could leave zero stars. We own a Thermador Pro oven/range. My wife went to clean the oven several years ago and the glass shattered. We called Thermador and they recommend Mr. Appliance. The two workers who came out to install new glass put the glass and insulation in backwards. We were not aware until another repairman from another company came over to give us a quote on an under counter fridge. He told us not only was the oven door a fire hazard, but unhealthy based on the fumes for the insulation burns. I called Mr Appliance who came over to correct the issue. The repairman actually had the manufacturer instructions out as he tried to fix the problem. He was able to get the oven door on the unit and reversed the insulation. We do not use the unit that much as we are part timers. After about out 15-20th use of the oven since the repair, the bottom of the door fell out and the glass dropped. I called Mr. Appliance today and an Office Manager named Danny got on the phone and told me I owned them $225.00 for the previous repair(which should have been under warranty). In fact, they should owe us money for putting our family in serious danger. They also claimed I owed them $125.00 for quoting a new under-counter fridge. All i did was have the tech walk five yards and ask for a quote on a new fridge. He was already there to fix the oven door. They quoted be $4,300.00 and I bought a similar model delivered to my home for $561.00 from Lowes. He was extremely rude and offered no apologies. No accountability. He told me he would have the salesman call, but he never will as they are wrong. I told him to get him on a conference call and he told me he didn't know how to do that....Really. I think the salesman work on commission and charge what they think the can get. See attached photos. The first shows the bottom of the door fallen out and the second photo shows the burn marks for the insulation.

Daniel the tech/owner did Everything RIGHT with no room for improvement! He actually took the time to educate me on exactly was going on with my beverage cooler and put it in simple language that this ole schoolteacher could actually understand! Honestly, he reminded me of techs from long years ago that actually took pride in their work and arrived on time! Will be recommending them to everyone I know when appliance work is needed!
