On Oct. 16 2017 I ordered three belts from my Continental washer. These belts were fairly expensive with a final ticket of 303.81. I paid extra to have the belts shipped two day air because as a commercial laundry down time is lost production. I heard nothing, nor did I receive nothing and on October 23rd I started trying to figure out why my belts were not delivered. At first I was told that the parts should have arrived already and was promised a call back after an investigation was completed. I never received a call back. Then I was told that the parts were not actually shipped by WorldWide they were outsourced from somewhere else and that supplier failed to ship the product and it would arrive soon. A few days later I was told that the supplier did not have the part and they were going to have to outsource it from another supplier. Finally a few days after that I was told that they would not be able to provide me with the ordered part. THEN I was told in order to receive a credit I would need to fill out a request form that was promised to have been emailed to me on three different occasions but was never actually emailed. Ultimately I had to place a dispute on my credit card to receive my refund. I suffered sixteen days of down time on a machine that typically makes me 800.00 a day for a total loss of 12800.00 to my business. World Wide Laundry has yet to offer any resolution past a simple "Ooops sorry" for a part listed on their website as available and in stock. BEWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY they are either scam artists or completely incompetent.
