I had an excellent experience with Kenny from Coastal Appliance Outlet! He was incredibly responsive and easy to work with from the start. I was dealing with an issue with a washer/dryer stack unit, and Kenny immediately understood the urgency of my situation. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and went above and beyond by arranging for a technician to come out right away. What really stood out was his dedication—he even stayed in touch over the weekend to make sure everything was handled, which I truly appreciated given how time-sensitive the situation was. Kenny was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I’m very grateful for his help and will absolutely be working with him again for our other rental properties. Highly recommend!

Coastal Appliance Outlet really helped our family when we were in a pinch. Our dryer started acting up, and the CAO team offered to send a service technician out to take a look. What impressed me most was that their focus wasn’t on immediately selling us a new appliance it was on figuring out what the problem was and how they could help. Kenny explained that most appliances today typically have a lifespan of about 5 to 8 years, and ours is right at the 8-year mark. The CAO technician came out to the house, checked everything thoroughly, and determined the unit itself was actually fine it turned out we were simply using it incorrectly. That level of honesty and customer care is rare these days. Thank you for focusing on what was best for the customer instead of trying to sell something that wasn’t needed. That said, after the visit we decided to go ahead and replace the dryer with a newer unit from CAO. Our family does a lot of laundry, and we can’t afford much downtime. The experience and integrity of the team made the decision easy. Thank you to the entire CAO team for going above and beyond and truly putting the customer first. Patrick
