I had a great experience with Pena Appliances! I purchased a used washer, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were friendly, reasonably priced, and delivered exactly when they said they would. The washer works great, and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality used appliances!

I had a washer delivered on Monday I was not happy with it due to didn't seem to be going through the cycles right. I called Friday after using it 3 times. The owner had another one delivered Sat. Am. So far it works great & i'm happy with it so far. He didn't charge me another delivery fee & gave me $60 back. I admire the integrity and honesty of this business received another 30 day guarantee. Great selection and professionalism of this company! Highly recommend!

Well I am disheartened. I really thought these guys were solid, delivered me a washer and dryer on short notice for 400 dollars. I really needed it I just moved and had blown out my knee all in the same week. They showed up the same day I had to go to the hospital even! Sadly I bought the washer and dryer unseen. The washer is roughly 23 years old, screeched the whole time I used it and has now broken in less than 45 days. I reached out asking for information on how to fix it and he asked me to send him a picture. He never responded to the pictures. Because clearly I was sold a lemon washer. Sad to be taken advantage of. Never buy a washer and dryer from here without making them run a wash cycle in front of you. If anyone knows of an actual reputable person with a used washer, please let me know. Be safe out here ! People only care about themselves. 🌓♾️

I don't have the proper words to explain the amazing experience! My wife and I needed a washer for our office. We found Pena appliances online and are grateful. First, we found a washer, incredible price! We needed to schedule a "check up" and they immediately replied, ordered a part, and were there the next day. Delivery and install was an amazing experience, as well. (and fast) I highly recommend Pena Appliances and look forward to doing more business with them and endorse their retail / shopping experience!
