I was a loyal Jetson’s customer for years and purchased all of my kitchen appliances from them. I recently had my refrigerator serviced, paid the service fee, and was told the problem was fixed. A few months later, the same issue returned, so I paid for another service call because it was outside their 30-day warranty. Again, I was assured it was repaired. Just after the 30-day period, the exact same problem came back, leaving water all over my kitchen floor. When I called, I was told I would have to pay yet another service fee. I asked to speak with the manager, was promised a return call, and never heard back despite following up. I understand businesses need policies—I owned one for 40 years. What disappointed me most wasn’t the policy, but the lack of follow-through and customer service. After years of being a loyal customer, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Best place to get appliances. They always give a great price that no other place can compete with. Delivery is usually next day or 2 days. They offer a 5 year warranty on everything and use their own crew if guys for service. Ask for Rob, he always treats me well.

The jetsons is definitely got a lot more bang for your buck. Five year warranties on all their merchandise that does not break your wallet. Being that no washers and dryers last more than 3 or 4 years, I highly recommend buying it definitely worth it. The service, the people were extremely nice. Not pushy and extremely informative, you can't go wrong.

I realllly don’t like leaving negative reviews but at this point, all I can hope is this helps someone else to NOT use Jetson’s. I had previously used Jetson’s for our first home reno, overall had a good experience. When it came time to outfit our entire new build, I went back and worked with Tim, who was wonderful. With that being said, their install and service teams absolutely drop the ball and have been an absolute nightmare. First, I can’t even tell you how many times they had to come back and complete the install (granted I purchased two sets of washer and dryers, dishwasher, 2 beverage coolers, subzero fridge, a la corner range, two hoods and an Heston outdoor grille) so understandable it would need a few apt to execute, but either they didn’t have enough team members, didn’t have the right parts or just had some other excuse why they needed to reschedule, this took easily an extra month if not two longer than expected. Next, they didn’t correctly install the washer and dryer and flooded the entire butlers kitchen onto the brand new wood floors. As far as I know, I pray there is no mold issues, and they did pay for the tile to be cleaned - but my very expensive brand new tile and grout never looked the same after having stagnant water sit on top of it for 24 hours. Then, a month or two after moving in, issues with one of the dryers. They fixed it but I also needed to pay an exhaust guy to make sure there were no blockages from install. The dryer still doesn’t work 100% and I was told to just “put in smaller loads.” Next, lord, don’t even get me started on the range. I purchased a very expensive La Cornue range through them, they didn’t carry it but were able to order it for me. This damn thing never properly closed, we assume it’s from the magnet not holding the door closed when in use (so I might cry laugh if after all this it’s a hinge issue). About 3 months after install, one of the bottom drawer tracks broke - I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE OCTOBER. This range has been NOT working in our house longer than it has been. Supposedly the parts came the beginning of the year (I understand it’s an Italian company and takes time) so I was scheduled for the repair then they canceled the day of because they “didn’t have all the correct parts” after complaining enough the range rep looped in supervisor last month, who claimed they’d get back to me on the status of the parts. Never heard anything, realized when I went to cook for Easter and sent this photo of how I get the oven to stay closed, that I hadn’t heard anything. Magically Jetson’s called the next day to schedule a repair, so I’m assuming the parts have been in for weeks. Sorry long rant, but I’ve never been less impressed with a company than I am with this one.

Over the years i have bought many appliances from Jetsons - washer/dryers, dishwashers, a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. They are a pleasure to work with. I call Rob Clark, who is fair and knowledgeable. Their sale item prices are comparable to the big box stores, but they stand behind their items. Their delivery and installation people are professional and get the job done quickly and cleanly, and they come when they say they’re coming. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Jetson’s and will continue to shop there for all my appliances.
