Victor and Eduardo were amazing to work with. There is such a great selection of refrigerators to pick from it took me 2 days to decide! I was shocked at how good the prices were, how fast my refrigerator could be delivered. This is definitely my go to for any future appliances! They have a great selection are knowledgeable and patient helping you to make the right decision.

Very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased several products that were supposed to be delivered to two different addresses, yet they delivered them to the wrong locations. On top of that, multiple parts were missing, and we were never informed that those items were not included, even though we specifically asked about them before making the purchase. Another major issue was the installation. It was clearly communicated that the products needed to be installed. However, when the delivery team arrived, they simply asked where to leave the items and then left without performing any installation. Later, the manager claimed that no one had told him installation was required, despite the fact that this had been discussed and agreed upon beforehand. To make matters worse, because of their own mistake with the delivery addresses, they are now trying to charge me an additional $280 in freight costs to correct an error that was entirely their responsibility. The products also arrived with damage on the sides, and the manager's response was that they only take responsibility for damage to the front of the products. That is completely unacceptable. Overall, the customer service was poor, communication was lacking, and the company refused to take responsibility for its mistakes. I would strongly recommend that potential customers be very cautious before doing business with this company.

The refrigerator was delivered to my home on time and in excellent condition. The delivery team was professional, careful, and courteous throughout the process. The fridge looks great, runs quietly, and provides plenty of storage space. Everything was installed properly, and it started working perfectly right away. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the delivery service. Highly recommended!

Walking in at first you see every kind of appliances available. Clean area ,we were greeted by Service Rep. Eduardo he was very helpful and informative about the dryer we chose. We purchased the Samsung 7.4cu smart electric , but they also have gas dryers WOW! I LOVE IT, I have already dried 3 loads. Also the delivery and set-up is also available upon request,Marco/ Rodney are the best. No worries and helpful , timely delivery. 5 star place, my husband and I are very pleased. Thanks,the Wright's
