I'm very pleased with this company. I've consulted them twice for appliance repair within the past year. First for my dryer and second for my washer. Both times they were prompt, efficient, fixed the issues promptly and with a fair price. I would highly recommend this wonderful company.

This company has treated us so well over the years. I highly recommend them. They are as honest as you can get which is so rare nowadays.

Driving like a maniac in a company car. Double the speed limit and following way too close. Not a good look.

I found myself in a bind at 11:30 PM. The refrigerator was not cold. I called the next morning to the very few repair companies. Their rates were high. I called Kanes, their rate was the most reasonable. They were there in 1 hour and within an hour my refrigerator was fixed, they were polite professional, and gave me good advice for future reference. I strongly recommend them. they’ve been in Vero Beach for greater than 40 years and have always proven to be excellent.

Called and requested a repair that was completed. For a couple of weeks after the repair, the washer seemed to work fine. Around the third week, started to have the same problem again. I called Kane to request that someone come back out. Though I was not told the repair/part was under warranty, I figured it had to be because it had been less than 30 days since the repair. The person taking the call seemed less than enthusiastic about addressing my problem. I was told the person who completed the original repair would probably not be available because he may have jury duty (who cares?) but someone would call me back shortly. I waited for several days and no one called me back. When I called back, I was told that I was scheduled for a specific date but again the person did not sound particularly interested in helping me resolve the issue. Additionally, I was told that I might be charged another service fee. The original service was nearly $300 for a part that I could have gotten off Amazon for about $40. Rather than go this route again with an open-ended resolution, I decided it was cheaper to just buy another washer. I try to support local businesses but when they feel like it's a problem to help you, I'm no longer interested.
