Speed Queen warranty dryer repair was done quickly and properly. This is the 2nd time in 6 months for the same repair. The previous SQ repair company - Xpertise, charged me $105 for a warranty visit, made 3 visits because he kept shorting the new heating plate and ended up using my original heating plate. So I am extremely grateful for a knowledgeable technician that was polite and respectful. Thank you! It's ALL about service!

Greg at Hodgins Appliance was great. He had to make 3 separate trips out to help us with our washing machine. Ultimately, it ended up that it would cost more to fix it than replace it but they were so understanding. Very good communication and promptness. We’ll definitely use them again if we need their services.

I used Hodgins Home Appliances in St Cloud, Florida in December 2025 near the St Cloud City Hall on New York Avenue, to make a repair to my Whirlpool Refrigerator. There is a saying if you don't have anything good to say, then you shouldn’t saying it. Just be cautious when dealing with mom and pop businesses. While being around for decades, some just don’t have the same work ethics and integrity, they use to have. Some-times is just better to get a warranty plan from the manufacturer that covers the repairs on your appliances. Just a concern consumer. March 2026
