While responsive and courteous, this placed charged us $120 for a call to tell us that they couldn't fix our appliance. Seems quite excessive for 20 minutes of troubleshooting

Needed a washer and dryer. Walked in explained the size of our family. The lady took her time explaining both items. Bought the set, they delivered it the next day. The delivery guys were great! 10/10 experience from walking in the store to washing clothes again. Great company and great people.

New fridge and oven purchase and install in Feb 2022, but picture is 10 months later, still waiting for return of cabinet doors and wood panel under oven! Great job on the initial install but that satisfaction is diminished by the 10 month delay to complete the job!!
