They sold me a none working refrigerator then told me to bring it back to find out whats wrong with it they can tell me in five minutes. Im still under both warranty’s instead of them coming out for repairs they want me to rent a truck to bring it in for five minutes. The refrigerator didn’t work from first day. Why didnt you know then.

Have bought a used water heater 4yrs ago and it is still working great and bought a refrigerator 2yrs ago and it is still working great also and 12yrs ago I bought a washer and dryer and it also lasted 4yrs with me and I resold them for the same price I paid and they had them for 5 more years and then gave them away to a family member of theirs. Best used appliance store I have been to and will continue to shop there

When I arrived there was a lady there complaining about how she had not received her delivery and it had been days since her scheduled delivery date. I should have exited then! This is a family owned business (mother & son) so I was shocked at the horrible customer service! Anyway the son who manages the transactions and the one of few to speak fluent English is a liar. He will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out the store. I heard the mother operates the same. I just wanted a basic washer and dryer. I had a used Samsung set but it was bulky for no reason and I just didn't like the features or the model. I sold them as used and just wanted the basic box, old skool white washer and dryer set. I purchased from this place, price was decent enough but I would soon regret it! Not even 2weeks later the washer jumping off my step in the garage and the dryer didn't work. Called the guy...he replaces the units....washer continues to work but the dryer went out, called a tech and he replaced the heating element. Then after that the heat worked but the dryer didn't turn or blow out the heated air. I might as well get another used dryer for the price that I have to keep paying this technician for labor and parts. Just too much, I should have held on to my Samsung set...at least both worked!
