Had a very good experience at this local family owned business. You can spend your money in a lot of places but you’ll feel better if you get a great deal on the same product you’d get out of some big box store for a fraction of the price from a local owned business. They have a great selection of new, lightly used and refurbished electronics and major appliances along with some area rugs, mattresses and other home goods. We were in the market for a built oven and they had the model and finish we were looking for, and at a great price. They stand by their sale if you have any issues. (We didn’t have a problem though so I didn’t have to test that commitment though thankfully.) Once we picked it out they wrapped it up with plenty of packing material and loaded onto my trailer. Took part of a day and DIY installed it. Pretty easy if you’re so inclined. Love the oven and have them on the look out for the matching cook top. Bottom line, nice family, good honest business and easy to work with.

I saw a ad on Marketplace and received a call from the owner (a women) asking if I needed help with appliances. I was looking for a washer machine and a certain size. She quickly sent me 2 pics and info. I went the next day and was ready to purchase. Until I had a issue with the sales man working that day. 1st He never greeted me, my husband had to approach him. I decided to get the machine so, I sent the owner the woman a text asking if she can come down a little on the price due to several marks on a NEW machine. I informed the sales man of that and he flipped out on me. stating I shouldn't have asked the question or before I stated I wanted it. I informed him I asked the owner the person who helped me from the beginning not Him. He was really rude and hostile because I asked that question. I informed him I can ask what I please and it doesn't hurt to ask and 'closed mouths don't get fed with closed mouths. regardless of her the owner response I was still was going to purchase the washer because of her great Customer service from the beginning. The sales man got so mad that he went outside and started yelling at my husband stating that I was being difficult, at which I wasn't. when he came inside I was on the phone with the lady owner at which she was apologizing for her sales man actions. I informed her if it was't for her I wound have left because he was awfully rude and did not welcome me when I entered the store. He waited 5 mins until my husband approached him, But while there another man from another race walked in a he hurried up to greet him and asked to help. I'm not assuming and I'm stating all this because he almost lost a sale due to his lack of professional actions. Always remember not to let one spoiled apple ruin the whole batch, stay calm and continue doing you regardless of how some else day is going. The owner was absolutely fabulous, helpful, and apologetic. Also the washer marks came right off, my washer is working fine and i'm pleased I got what I wanted. Go there and ask for the owner the woman. It also came with a 3 months warranty. I will continue recommending her to others because of HER the owner. She rocks and so does her husband!!! Good People!!

I purchased a Bosch 500 series dishwasher here a couple of days ago. I initially found them through a Facebook marketplace listing and communicated by messenger back-and-forth regarding what was in stock and my budget. I went to the store later that afternoon after comparing model features on ChatGPT and confirming AH Appliances and More was a reputable dealer. My experience in the store was excellent. All my questions were answered and the person I worked with was very friendly and helpful. He was also able to arrange delivery, installation and removal of my old dishwasher for $150. I completed my purchase and received a call from Lucien who handles their deliveries and installation. He wanted to install my dishwasher later that afternoon! When he arrived, we determined that I would need the hard wiring behind my dishwasher converted to an outlet so the Bosch dishwasher could be plugged in. He quoted me $90 for that conversion which I thought was very fair based on prior experience with electrician cost. Lucien was very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home and keeping things cleaned up. I ran my dishwasher for the first time last night. It took me a couple of days to fill it up because it held so much more than my old dishwasher. When I opened it to check the dishes this morning, I was very pleasantly surprised. Only a couple of the mugs turned upside down in the top rack had any moisture on them. Everything else was totally dry! I’m very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend A&H Appliances and More in Marietta. I was also very pleased to get a one-year warranty which ChatGPT confirmed was also a reputable warranty company called CPS Appliance Shield.

I had a great experience shopping here! I purchased a washer and dryer set that was brand new out of the box at an amazing price—about 50% less than the MSRP. The quality is excellent, and the savings were unbeatable. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and easy.
