Went to location yesterday they gave me a good deal on a used Maytag they delivered today came earlier than I expected which was good then I have to sit around all day waiting on them very professional very friendly hooked up everything clean up after themselves make sure the machine was running properly and even put back furniture that they had to move to bring in the washing machine and take away my old one I'm very pleased so far highly recommend this place 3 month warranty I'll give it update if I have any problems with the machine

They were recommended by a friend. I was appriensive but I decided to purchase. They said if I have issues they will work on it or refund if nothing can be done within 90 days. A week in, the dryer wouldn't stop. I called and within 2 days they came to my home to repair it. It happened again. Same thing. Came to repair it ( I live quiet a distance) again it wasn't working. They did an exchange and no issues ever since. They are great and I'm very pleased. They do have good customer service. I will purchase there again if I need an appliance. Don't hesitate. If you like it, buy it!!! This company will make sure you are satisfied. 👌🏽

Made an appointment for my washer to be serviced and paid $55 for the repair. Technician showed me that it worked but when I went to wash my clothes (VERY small loads as I was trying to be sure it was okay) it failed again during the spin cycle. Once I opened the dryer it started spinning again without the lid closed (something it’s never done before). I called before 5pm (they close at 7) to let them know that it was still not working and spoke to a Junior who said he was the owner. He was extremely rude and explained that they don’t make money to come back out to the house. I told him that was irrelevant and frankly rather rude to mention as I already paid for the repair and was told it was fixed. He then proceeded to go back and forth with me about how his only availability was the next day between 10-12. I explained to him that I was hoping for an earlier appointment as I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled and could not afford the time to wait until the afternoon. I explained if he could arrive closer to 10am it would be helpful and he told me he couldn’t do that because “something may come up or someone may schedule an appointment as they open at 9:30am) basically saying his paying customers take precedent over my issue even though he already received money from me. He even at one point asked if I wanted my money back because I mentioned to him that the dryer was still broken yet he already had received payment. I reluctantly agreed to wait until the next day for them to come back. Before I got off the phone I asked for his name and title and he stated his name was Junior the owner. Update: Junior called back about 20 min later and stated he had an associate that would be in the area in about 30 min that could come by. I told him I appreciated that and yes I was home, however, although he was able to send someone out, his demeanor and tone was still cold and rude. I don’t believe I will be returning to this place. I originally purchased my washer and dryer from them but if this set goes out again I will just go somewhere else to get it replaced rather than spending my money with them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Huge selection and great prices. This is my second time purchasing an appliance here and the experience was the same. Great service and I was able to see many different models and styles as well as having my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of good used appliances at a fair price.
