Used their services for 5 years and placed in pick up for my units two weeks ago. Well today they decided NOT to show up and didn't communicate nor provide reasons for they cancellations. I called customer service twice today and they couldn't get anyone to come out today so the rescheduled it for next week. I am moving out my apartment tomorrow!!! Ridiculous! I will never use them again!

Worst Company! Called several weeks ago and paid the deposit and set my delivery date. They emailed me all week saying don’t forget you have a delivery my coming soon. Only for them to email me today at 9am saying “due to unforeseen circumstances we can not complete your deliver today.” When I called they told me they didn’t have enough drivers and that my deliver was scheduled for 3 1/2 weeks from now! That is ridiculous!! They said they would try to escalate it. But I think that was just to get me off the phone. Because I never got a response when I finally called them back they just said yea 3 weeks is when it will have to be. So I told them to refund me. Don’t due business with this company. They will let you done and waste your time.

I am so disappointed in this company. I have been renting a wash and dryer from them since 2022. When I moved I had to get a different used washer and dryer; cool. For the past year I have had to have 5 replacements of the washer. It doesn't drain, spin or it makes so much noise if it does spin. When I reach out, they don't care, very poor customer service. I spoke to Letty today to do a replacement. However she stop talking to me mid sentence and transferred me to the Spanish line. Why??? I have no clue because we were talking in English. And we weren't done. That was Hella rude ma'am. I called back to get another non helpful person, Doce. He was very nonchalant and not helpful at all. Maybe a new company took over. But the people are horrible now. Needless to say, I scheduled a pick up on the washer. I may do one on the dryer as well. And that's due to poor customer service.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experience. Their drivers are all liars, I have missed work numerous times after several reschedules of appliances (washer/dryer) were made and they never show up, yet they said they did. I called several times to cancel, they never cancel, they just send an email with a new date to reschedule. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I still have not received my refund! I don’t know what else to do!

I have never experienced such horrible customer service/service. This company is the worst. I ordered service on 12/10/2024. They rescheduled my delivery with no communication. I stayed home and waited for nothing. Once the delivery was finally done, to my surprise, the dryer didn't work and the washer shook so bad that I had to stop it. It is now 1/9/2025 and I still have no replacement. It suppose to be delivered today which i am not holding my breath. How is this company still in business? I have recorded all my calls with them and will be reporting them to BBB as well as disputing the charge with my bank. I wish I could give -5 stars.
