Great install experience! I had looked into Lowes for a washer/dryer, but all the reviews said their install teams were awful. Someone suggested to buy from an independent company and it made a world of difference. I spoke with a kind, knowledgable person over the phone, got a great price, the install came in a branded truck with three professionals who's full focus is appliance installations. They were awesome, knew how to respectfully approach our 10mo old puppy, asked for a broom to sweep out the laundry room before bringing in the new item. We have steps up to the house, new floors, and a narrow hallway, and they didn't damage a single thing. I was concerned about the install because we have a stacked unit in a closet, but they got it taken care of easily and always asked permission before opening a door or moving something. They even noticed that I had things in the dryer so I could move them out. The whole install was maybe 50 minutes. We've used the machine now and can confirm everything is connected and operating well. 10 out of 10! I will definitely return to Bob Bailey's the next time I need a new appliance.

Why did I buy my dishwasher from Bob Bailey's instead of one of the big box stores? For one thing, Bob Bailey beat their price on the model I wanted by nearly $200! But more importantly, the installers at Bob Bailey's are second to none! I had some issues with the connections on my previous dishwasher's install, and I didn't want to go through that again. They charge a little more for installation than the big box stores (worth it!), but even with the extra installation cost, my total purchase price was still less than if I had bought it at a big box store. I went in knowing what I wanted, but the salesman at Bob Bailey's was much more knowledgeable than what you get at the big box stores, too. What a great appliance store!

I purchased a new GE dryer and a new dishwasher at Bob Bailey’s Appliance a couple of weeks ago. Will Tyler was the salesperson who helped me with my purchase. He was polite, listened closely to my questions ( and answered them) and had great follow-up, after the sale was done. Cameron and Shawn delivered the two appliances and provided the most excellent care and service of installation. They went well beyond an install and pointed out there was an old water line that had not been properly capped and took care of that situation so my dishwasher was flush with the cabinet. They had such positive attitudes which made this a very pleasant experience. I bought my two Jenn-Air ovens and KitchenAid drawer microwave two years ago from Bob Bailey’s Appliance and had the same wonderful customer service and installation. We got our new washer dryer tower today and it’s a beautiful gun metal gray! This is one unit with the dryer on top and washer on the bottom, as opposed to the separate stackable situation we had to replace. The controls are waste high so very easy to see and set (I’m 5’ tall so it was difficult to operate the stacked machines we had previously without a stool!!) I already did my first load and forgot to set it to normal so it only soaked and spun them, which is the default setting! So I skipped a step, it’s new! Lol! Will see how they turned out once dry But they are clean at least. I highly recommend and will try to remember to follow up after some more experience.
