Distinctive Appliances in Buckhead is a find. An authorized supplier of luxury appliances in the greater Atlanta region. DA works in collaboration with Innovative Install, Atlanta’s regional authorized after service provider, who also provide delivery and installation. Far superior to big box store and internet appliance businesses. DA’s showroom offers the opportunity to personally experience and compare options. I am a fan of Miele washer and ventless dryer products which DA/II installed within a week of ordering. The personalize service and follow up has been exceptional. Knowing I have will have a team I can rely on for factory authorized service is definitely a plus. Pricing was competitive,

Customer service is phenomenal. Rick answers the phone every time. They had my Miele dishwasher in stock and installed it without any problems within a week (during the holidays!). I don't know why customer service has gotten so scarce these days, but these guys operate like an old-school company when customer service used to matter. Thanks y'all!
