This company is the absolute worst. They were dispatched to take care of my dishwasher by my home warranty company. They showed up without any tools and asked me to run the dishwasher and send them the code and then they will get back to me. The problem with that is that I had already run the dishwasher and had the code. Hence the reason for me calling them to come fix it. They try to explain to me the HSA wouldn't allow them to touch the dishwasher if they didn't see it with their own eyes, but HSA did not confirm that HSA confirm that that was a lie. They then told HSA that they'd fix my dishwasher and put parts on it when they never did worst customer experience ever. I complained to HSA about them and I hope they remove them from their contract list because they are a bunch of liars.

The absolute WORST customer service I've ever received. First the tech scheduled the appointment for Friday between 8-12 pm then reaches out to me on a Tuesday morning @ around 10am to say he's on his way. I left the location where I was & headed straight home. When he arrived the first statement he made was regarding the fact that we had given a one star from the original call that was scheduled. Arriving at a customer's home being confrontational regarding a review they previously gave is extremely unprofessional. He then proceeded to look at the dryer for one minute & simply said a screw is missing & the dryer connection is bent which is why the dryer is not drying properly. He did not do any diagnostics. We then received notes from American Home Shield stating the dryer was "damaged" which was an absolute lie, considering we take very good care of our appliances. A second company came & they were the total opposite from this company/tech. They truly need to retrain their techs & re-evaluate how they define Customer Service!!!

Worst customer service I have experienced. They took all my cleaning supplies down off my wall for no apparent reason because they only had to replace my washing machine’s control panel. After the service was completed, they failed to replace my cleaning supplies and ironing board on the wall organizer like they found it. The worse part of my complaint is my washer less than a year old, now works, but makes an annoying loud metallic noise like something was dropped into the tub and will not come out without further repair. My washer didn’t have this issue prior to D&J’ repair. I contacted American Home Shield and subsequently the D&J technician to discuss the problem. As I always do, I greeted the technician and he responded angrily. He tried to immediately deny any wrongdoing on his part. He went further to tell me that I should clear a passage for “ any technician” who comes to repair my appliances, airplanes, or car or anything. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I contacted American Home Shield to inform them to cancel this company from ever returning to my home for this recall repair and any future repairs due to the disrespectful behavior and poor customer service. Buyer’s Beware! Stay away from D&J Appliance Repair!

I would actually give them a Zero star! Was scheduled to be at my home between 11-6 PM. Got a call at 5 PM where I could not really hear what the technician was saying because it kept breaking up. I called them Back 4 times and call went straight to voice mail. Later revived a text that the appt has been reset! I rearranged my entire day to accommodate the ridiculous time spread of 7 hours then they text at the last hour to say the appt has been reset. Still have not heard back from them next day. Don’t make the mistake of even calling this company!
