Furniture City Outlet

I ordered furniture from this store. It came with water damage and I told them to return the furniture and I wanted my money back. After going into the store 3 times and calling every other day. The manager will not call me back for a refund. I’ve been speaking to a nice representative that have been trying to help. But his manager will not call me back to process my refund. I was willing to purchase something else but now with the bad service I’ve received I will not ever buy anything from this store. The manager will not call you back or help you get an issue resolved. I was going to furniture my whole house with this company but the manager is horrible. No call back in three weeks. I’ll be seeking legal advice to see how I can get my money back for furniture I don’t have in my house.

I had the best furniture buying experience at Furniture City Outlet about three weeks ago. Gus was great to work with. I found exactly what I was looking for (an entertainment center) at an excellent price. They even gave me a “grand opening” special and threw in same day delivery at no additional cost. I would ABSOLUTELY go here again for another furniture purchase.

I had a great experience with staff and they have a wide range of beautiful, quality furniture. They provided delivery and also set all of the furniture up for me! I didn’t have to lift a finger! I am more than satisfied!! Franz helped me to pick out the perfect living room set! I look forward to working with him again to get my dining and bedroom furniture! 10/10 recommend!
