We had an excellent experience using the Howard Payne Company to buy a replacement for our 1992 Sub-Zero refrigerator. The communication, timeliness, consideration, care, and professionalism shown by the sales and installation teams were all ideal. We plan to make them our first choice for any future projects, and would certainly highly recommend them.

Gosh I want to give H.P. a better review but we are so unhappy with the quality of the Thermador Refrigerator (model TD-T36IB100SP) that we purchased. It didn't work from the first day it was installed, with multiple technical issues and not getting the right technician support from H.P to fix from the issues in a timely manner...it's a brand new model and we wound having it replaced with a new fridge. We will never buy Thermador again and I highly suggest the H.P. stop carrying this fridge. On the other hand, the service from the folks at H.P. is wonderful, so no issue with the people.

Excellent showroom providing opportunity to see the products as installed. Ask for Mr. Butch Brunt. He really took the time to show us the differences between all the available choices at various price points. Picked up appliance myself from the same place, they loaded it in the van for me at the dock in the back. Mr. Brunt suggested an installer, Mr. Danny Hughes, who also turned out to be both competent and professional. Overall, a great experience with locally run businesses! Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for quality and durability.
