I felt very lucky to have Robert come and install our new dishwasher. We did not hire him directly but were fortunate to have him assigned to our job via Lowe’s. The previous owner of the home had jerryrigged the installation of the old machine and Robert figured out how to correct the errors he had made and did the extra work to make sure that the new machine was installed properly. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely hire him for any future installation needs!

Robert installed my kitchen appliances in 2009 and did an excellent job. The handle on my refrigerator panel however came loose and I reached out to him to repair it. His dispatch scheduled me for April 30 and called with an automated confirmation the day before that they would arrive sometime between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm. The arrival window came and went. I called the number for dispatch but was not given the option to speak with someone. I then texted Robert directly to get an update. After my first text was not answered, I tried again in a half hour. It was also ignored. I just needed to know if he was going to honor his appointment. This is far from the professionalism that he mentions in his description.
