One of the things that I feel differentiates KT Appliance from other stores is its sales, installation and customer support people. I had a special situation for my gas cooktop and Doug addressed it very professionally and Maria was very helpful resolving an installation situation (not related to them, the cutout was short). Their service is what earned my business and my trust.

Sometimes you find out how good a company treats its customers when things turn out poorly. I ordered a under the counter beverage center from KT Appliance. The transaction went smoothly and I followed the tracking to see where it was along the way. Up to this point all good. Then FedEx claimed they tried to deliver 3 times with no answer. They never even went to the door where after one missed attempt I left a note telling them to knock loudly. Someone was home each time. The last time my son caught them at the street and they refused to deliver to the front door, wanting to leave it at the curb. My son brought it in and when I arrived home found a box that looked like the trucked dropped it at 60mph on the freeway. We opened it up and found multiple dents in every side and the doors ripped off. I immediately called and emailed KT appliance. I was afraid they would deny the claim as my son had signed that he received it and did not inspect it. He's a teenager. Maria from KT Appliance called me the next day, sent return labels and explained the process. The only issue I had was FedEx sending a freight truck to pick it up and then refusing it. I had to return it to the nearest store for ground pick up. It weighed 150 pounds. Maria gave me a choice of shipping a new unit or a refund. I opted for a new unit as KT Appliance pricing was the lowest I found. One week later FedEx delivered another shredded box. This time my wife was home and demanded the driver inspect it with her. Fewer dents and only one door ripped off, but still very unacceptable so she refused the delivery. A call to Maria was met with sincere apologies and she let me know that a refund would be processed in the next 3-4 days. We were not going to try again with FedEx. This was a very frustrating experience but KT Appliance handled it as well as could be expected. 5 stars for Maria and her great customer service. If I could give FedEx negative stars I would.

Miserable customer service start to finish. The first dishwasher they delivered was damaged. Ultimately took about 6 weeks to get a working dishwasher, and the delivery gave us only 14 hours of notice before they showed up (i.e., told us at 4:30pm that they'd be there at 6:30 am the next morning). But, the delivery team installed it incompetently -- an inch and a half from flush to the counter, leaning forward, and crooked so the door wouldn't close correctly. They argued with us that this was because the floor and counter weren't level -- bull, they were just incompetent. They also left a mess in our kitchen and the box and pallet in our yard. I fixed their shoddy work after they left and it now sits flush and the door is aligned, no thanks to KT or its ridiculous installers.

I live in Florida. I saw a washer/dryer combo at a good price from KT Appliance and decided to buy it. Douglas and Maria took excellent care throughout the sales and delivered process. Buying from them was a great choice. They really did a great job helping me! Looking forward to my next appliance from them! Good price, excellent customer service. I'm glad I shopped with them!
