Lowe’s Outlet Store

This is a outlet store scratch/dent store anyone buying from here should realize that and also realize lowes doesnt have to offer anything but the product itself. You go in you know what you are there for less expensive products. They dont have to offer you a warranty help loading or delivery. Grow up and stop being entitled. The service/sales industry doesn't owe you anything no matter what store it is. It really nice that they discount the products and actually off a warranty on what they are selling.

The service that I received from the associates at this location was beyond amazing. One of the supervisors Daryl, was great. Very knowledgeable and patient with me as I made my selection. Mind you, I think they probably have over 1200 appliances available and I looked at every one of them. Jeff the store manager was great also. I needed to make some adjustments to my purchase and all of my needs were accommodated. I will continue to shop here for my future needs. Thanks again to this staff!!

TALAYNA, one of the store managers, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so patient with us as we asked her many questions to make informed decisions. I can honestly say if it were not for her expertise and making us feel comfortable, we may not have made the purchase. She went above and beyond. Even when she went to lunch she was sure to inform her coworkers what to do if we came back and she was not present. She continued her search for our fridge even after we left to make sure we got the best. Thank you so much Talayna!
