Luxury Mattress and Appliances

Purchased a washer and dryer set from them and was told they warranty the item for the first 30 days then there is another warranty with CPS that I pay for that lasts a year if anything goes wrong with the appliance. The dryer they sold me did not work at all, I went up to the store within two weeks of purchase and the assured me they would send someone to fix it. After a week went by with no response I started calling and texting but got no response at all which I’m sure is intentional. This business is super shady and I should have trusted the reviews but tried to give them a chance. I will be disputing the charge and recommending everyone to stay away from this place.

I've been looking for quality appliances for 2 months. I used Facebook marketplace and found Luxury Mattress and Appliances. Jose was extremely responsive, so I drove 45 minutes and Juan and Jose were amazing and I'm leaving with my appliances at a phenomenal price, great quality and amazing warranty!!!! Truly thankful. Definitely worth the drive. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

Price did say 200.00 but make sure you get that correct amount if you decide to finance. I was expecting to finance for the tag price of 200.00 but when I signed paperwork and such the total came to 334 and a 54.00 fee for deciding to finance. And none of that info was brought to my attention until after I called the finance company And paid. Won’t recommend this place to anyone and if you go make sure you get the right information.

I recommend everyone to come shop at Luxury Mattress and Appliances. They have very good prices and quality stuff new and used appliances. Cesar and Jose are very helpful, respectful, and they will get you right with whatever you need and they will work with you. I purchased a washer and dryer set and it works really good.
