***Update: the dryer went out again. I contacted them and asked if I can exchange it for another dryer. They said yes and switched out the dryer without charging anymore extra fees. I purchased a washer and dryer set from here on Nov 12th. I was told there would be a 30 day warranty and any repairs after that they would charge $50 fee to come to the house. The dryer stopped working Nov 25th. It was Thanksgiving week so I didn't get a hold of them until Dec 1st. She said they would fix the dryer for free if I brought it to their store. I told her I had no way of doing that so they charged me $50 even though it hadn't even been 30 days. The repair guy said the part that u spin to set the timer broke and he TAPED it back together and that SHOULD hold up for a while. Note, our home is approx 4 miles or a 7 minute drive from their store. I decided to purchase from an appliance store instead of fb marketplace place because I figured I would have better fortune getting something that worked well and because I could trust them more to deliver and set up the appliances for me. The delivery went well and the workers are nice.
