Total scam. Beware!!! My experience has been horrible. I purchased a dishwasher from CJ and discovered that it was not functioning properly. I stayed in communication with CJ every day regarding the issue. Initially, he said he would replace the dishwasher with the similar but he never did. Then he proposed sending me a technician, but he never did. Total scam!!!!

Buyer BEWARE before doing business with this company. We ordered a washer and dryer on Saturday, June 13, and were told they would be delivered that same day. We waited all day, but no one showed up. The delivery was then rescheduled for Sunday, and we waited until 5:00 PM after being told he was on the way. Then we were told it would be delivered on Monday. Again, we waited nearly six hours while being told he was stuck in traffic and on the way. He then promised delivery again yesterday, but never showed up or followed through. This business required a $200 upfront payment before delivery. After multiple missed delivery dates and excuses, we requested a refund. Now he claims he doesn’t have the money available and needs to transfer it from another account. We have lost several days waiting around for deliveries that never happened and have received nothing but excuses and delays. As of June 18th, we still haven’t received our money or any appliances. Please beware before doing any type of business with this company..

We had an amazing experience with this company! They sold us and installed a dishwasher and fridge. Excellent service and communication through and through. They have earned my forever business and I plan on sharing them with all my family and friends. I work with them at the same warehouse and just came across them walking by. So glad I stopped in!
