⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service — especially during the holidays Our washer went out on Christmas Day, and I honestly didn’t expect much help until after the holidays. I emailed the owner of SR Appliance Depot and was shocked—in the best way—that he responded the same day. Even more impressive, he had the Speed Queen washer we were looking for in stock, which felt unheard of. He was incredibly easy to work with and communicated with us personally throughout the process. Staci called shortly after to set up delivery and made everything smooth and stress-free. By Tuesday, our new washer and dryer were delivered. Sterling, the delivery technician, was absolutely amazing. He treated our home with care, took his time, talked us through everything, and made sure the units were installed correctly. He was patient, kind, and truly professional. He also reassured us that we had chosen the right Speed Queen model—and confidently shared that they’re built to last forever. From start to finish, this was one of the best appliance-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend SR Appliance Depot for their exceptional service, responsiveness, and integrity. We will definitely be buying all of our appliances from them going forward. We recently bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s and it was the worst experience. Three refrigerators later they finally delivered one that was not damaged. The service at SR is unmatched!

I had a fantastic experience working with Matt W. at SR, he helped with every process of the purchase/shipment/delivery and install/and even some warranty issues on the stove. The delivery/install team was communicative and polite as well, which makes for a nice overall experience. I would recommend taking a second look if considering SKS Ranges (reliability concerns), but SR Appliance had plenty of options and Matt was great so I certainly recommend shopping here!

An amazing company. We would never buy appliances from anyone else. We purchased our kitchen appliances when building our house from SR and they were absolutely fabulous to work with. Greg Jones was great, on top of everything & made it a very easy experience. Greg went out of his way to make us satisfied in every way, from storing our appliances because our house was not ready, to having them delivered, to making sure we were completely satisfied. SR and Greg Jones customer service is incredible We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy new appliances for any reason!!!
