To whomever that comes across this I want say my experience with Southeastern Appliance was amazing. My refrigerator died on me and I called them the very next day I spoke with Nick over the phone told him what I was experiencing with my refrigerator. He gave great advice, but there was nothing we could do to fix it. The next day I stop by met with Nick and he helped me purchase a great refrigerator. Overall my experience was amazing and I recommended Southeastern Appliance.

Plain and simple - they have very reasonable prices , excellent customer service and delivery and set-up was great . Shout out to the guys who did the delivery and took out the old refrigerator. I paid $1000 for an open box brand new Samsung refrigerator that retails for $1899. Can’t ask for much more than that . I will be stopping by again .

My mom wanted a new electric range for Christmas. I found one a top of the line model at this place. I paid $200 to hold it. I came back 2days before Christmas and they sold it to someone else and didn’t even call me! Then on top of that they tried to sell me a lower model for more than the top of the line I wanted! I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.

I accidentally stumbled into this store, Southeastern Appliances Clearance Outlet while driving around, looking for a home decor store in Lithonia. I went into the building. I couldn’t believe the prices I found on all the appliances. After doing all the checking and talking to the customer service, which by the way is very, very good, Very professional, I purchased a freezer and a refrigerator. The delivery was great. I brought my daughter two weeks after who also bought a refrigerator, a top of the line at a rock bottom price. I already told my friends about this place. By the way, all the appliances works perfectly, and many with extended warranty. I will visit them again if I ever need their service.

Walked into this establishment and no one greeted me. I walked around looking for washer and dryer still no one said anything. There was a person there sitting behind her computer and never once looked up to acknowledge my present. I am big on customer service and if you can't look up to say hello and I will be right with you then you don't deserve my money or business.
