Stockbridge appliances

Purchased a refrigerator, one gentleman arrived to deliver the refrigerator. He hit every wall while attempting to get the refrigerator into my property. This is clearly two man job. I pointed out the crack in the floor caused by Stockbridge Appliances. (this was a newly renovated home everything was approved and signed off by contractors so there were no cracks nor flaws all work was completed fine) when I told the gentleman he denied it stating it was already there. The authorities had to be called. The owner stated he would fix but stop answering the phone. I wouldn’t do business here. Very dishonest and no integrity. The better business bearu has opened a case and we are looking into their permit to have business with the city due to faulty appliances. The end result will be court for damage in negligence. To add to this miserable experience the refrigerator doesn’t work.

Got a used Whirlpool dryer with a 6 month warranty was able to use it 3 times before it stopped working even with a warranty I had to take it back in myself the person who delivered it wouldn't come back out so I could either get it repaired or exchange for another one so now I'm stuck with a dryer I paid $280 for that I've had less than 6 months.....go somewhere else don't buy anything from this business

I strongly advise others not to purchase anything from this location. I purchased a washer from this location. The washer stop working a week later. I got the runaround trying to have it repaired. It stop working again 3 months later. They do not stand behind the product that they are selling. This was a very bad purchase!! Very Disappointed!!!!!
