I have been scheduled for a delivery since 1/26. Hasn't come yet. I have called the office.38inutes. They do not answer the phone. I have called the emergency number, no one answers, no one. 49 minutes. They will not answer calls on Friday and they will not let you in the office door on Friday either.

This is my wife's phone . I got a flip . I did not even want to give one star. I have been trying to set up a delivery for a refill over a week. I am placed on hold for over an hour before being hung up on. So maybe someone over in brantly we need a refill bill under Slaten 31537. You have our address and phone number . If you have time will you please send out your guy . We have had brantly gas over 16 yrs. Im 84 yrs old and to tired to keep calling just to be hung up on. My old bones don't like the cold. I did not know how to update the last post so here it is now ........................... Up dated just now. It's now 4pm same day. I just got a hold of someone. But due to them being backup. It may take 7 to 14 days b4 a delivery man may get here. Gonna need to go get an electric heater to at lease have heat in one room .😭

Been trying for two days to order gas phone just rings and rings no matter how long you stay on line. Drove 20 minutes to office and there closed. Tried to order gas on line and it's down. Suppose they're trying to run costomer to there competition.

I would not even give 1 star. We moved to waycross ga oct 31. Had the account transferred to us. We put in a service call on Nov 7 due no gas going to appliances, fireplaces etc. It is now almost Christmas .. we have since made 3 calls regarding our open ticket. And still no response from them. We own the propane tank and have been told that's why they don't respond. And we actually wanted to get a bigger tank. Shame on them.
