This is a great local appliance store with people who actually care about their customers. I bought all my appliances from them 3 years ago when we built a new house. I have never regretted it. Anytime I have a question or need they are so polite, professional and timely I would never go anywhere else. Simply put, “Good people, reputable and reliable.”

I ordered a washer from them very late yesterday and had they not been in alabama doing a complete kitchen install , they would have been able to deliver the same day . It was there and set up by 9:30 this morning . They took the old one away . The guys were so friendly and quick. The lady that answered the phone that sold it to me was also very helpful . This will become my go to place for all of my home needs

In a tragic yet oddly synchronized kitchen rebellion, three of my appliances decided to quit on me at the exact same time — apparently, they'd had enough of this world and were ready to retire to greener pastures. Thus began my epic quest to replace them all. I spent the weekend visiting local suppliers, collecting quotes, and seeking guidance. Despite living several counties away, my friends and family insisted I get a quote from Rudy Woods — and honestly, I’m glad they did. Kendall exercised the patience of a saint. Knowing it was not feasible for me visit their showroom, she tirelessly sent me models numbers, pictures and offered brilliant advise. She responded to each of my requests and random questions with impressive speed and executed my order flawlessly. And while the quotes I received from local suppliers came in a little lower than Rudy’s, the quality of their appliances and the exceptional customer service made the decision an easy one. So, with the decision made, I placed the order Wednesday morning and inquired about an estimated delivery time - to my shock, it was the very next day. Joey, Justin and Andrew executed the removal of the current appliances and installation of the new with the precision of a team of 15. If it had not been for the shiny new Maytag appliances adorning my kitchen, I would have not even known they had been there. And on top of it all, they fixed my ice maker, which had not worked in quite some time. Blown away does not even come close to how I feel about the overall experience. We needed a washing machine. I remember being along side Rudy Woods when I was a little girl, watching him work on appliances on the farm. Then to adulthood, he worked on my appliances in Cave Spring. Made perfect sense to call them up again to buy a washer!! I never set foot in the store, processes payment over the phone. Delivered the next day!! Perfect customer service! Very informative, very personable and very reasonably priced!! Thanks guys for carrying on Rudy’s hospitality in the business!! He’d be proud!
