Does not install what you asked for and paid for. Shady business installing old blower fan parts and not installing new all in one system as quoted. Used old furnace parts inside and new unit outside. Took advantage of customers instance on ac systems but charged for a all in one new unit.

We had installed split units in a kennel and had MASSINGILL come to do the start up. When I called I was told I would be charged a service call fee plus what my units took in Freon. After the work was completed I received a bill for $105 per hour per tech for labor on top of what I was told. The company sent 4 techs to do the work of one but yet I had to pay for all 4 guys. Who stood around smoking while the one guy did all the work. The company was dishonest with me and had I been told from the start that there are hidden labor fees I would have gone with another company! Beware and ask about hidden fees before having them come to your home.

I had used them in the past and was satisfied with the service and price. But I can not say the same about this time. The service call was reasonable but the part was way over priced. I am a loyal customer to companies that do good work for a reasonable price. As a business owner, I know how much it cost to stay in business but I also know not to take advantage of people. Next time, I will call a different company.
