Nan was awesome to work with we went in looking for washing machine ended up finding one brand new in a box she made the process so simple and we liked her so much we went back one week later and bought a brand new stove straight out of the box she called us as soon as it came in went the extra mile to send us pics and the price was amazing can beat the service or the prices especially the brand new items. If you go there ask for Nan

Writing this review a little late, but I had a great experience with Big Saving Appliance. I purchased a GE refrigerator at a wonderful price—it was brand new with only a very small, barely noticeable scratch/dent. If you’re looking to save some money without sacrificing quality, I highly recommend checking them out. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and easy. We’ll definitely be returning in the future for more purchases. Thank you again—10/10!

I am very happy with the service that I received Mrs. Nan was awesome!! She took her time with me and gave me exactly what I asked for. The delivery was next day and install was a breeze. I did not have to do anything. I will most definitely be going back for more appliances.
