My 88 y/o mother needed another refrigerator. I live 3 hours away. I called the store and spoke with Gary. He instructed me what he needed to get another refrigerator to her. With assistance from my brother and nephew on the coldest day of the year they took her to the store. She was able to pick out a refrigerator. I provided Gary with the necessary credit card information and driver's license information. The transaction was completed, the refrigerator was delivered and installed today. Thank you Smiths Appliances for such wonderful customer service.

Had a great experience from start to finish. We needed a small deep freezer for our Covid vaccines. We found exactly what we needed at Smith's Appliance and Parts. They were even able to deliver the frezzer on the same day that we purchased it. Highly recommend!
