We had an amazing experience at BrandsMart USA thanks to Talexia Grace. SHe really took the time to help me find and match the price for AC unit on a very hot heatwaves days in Woodstock. Talexia Grace supposed to be off work . still willing to stay extra time to help us. Even though,she still young. But I value her customers service skill is high. Also, Mr.AB was every helpful as well.

Robby is the best! He helped me find the sales and get everything I wanted. He listened to me when I told him what was important and gave me the good advice I didn’t know I needed regarding protection plans. Robby knew his job and the store inventory really well. I also noticed the really great work environment at this store. The manager helped us and kept a smile on the whole time. BrandsMart was a great choice for furniture and will definitely be back in the future :)

I came to purchase a washer and dryer and was assisted by Anastasia Dominguez. I have always come to Brandsmart for my appliances and electronics. During my visit today, I was very impressed with Anastasia's knowledge about the product, customer service and pleasant personality. She was more than awesome!!! She is an exemplary employee with Bransdmart! Needless to say, I am once again, one happy customer.
