We walked in with 3very intention to buy a washer. The salesman showed us two that we were looking for. He explained the difference between them. We picked the one we liked best. Need less to say we got a brand new washer for more than half the price. We live it so much it works so well and has plenty of option you can choose. Thanks for the great deal. We will return if we need any new appliances.

we had problems out of our GE washer for a several weeks now. We went through all options before thinking we had to buy a new one. Mr. Mike was so very helpful , he was able to provide needed parts and offer advice despite them not working on GE appliances. all in all we were able to fix our washer! We appreciate the small business and support ! We highly recommend this place!

Very UNFORTUNATE MISTAKE. I purchased a new FRIGIDAIRE Refrigerator from AA Ideal Appliances two yrs ago. The freezer stop working so I reached out to AA Ideal Appliances and I was able to set an appointment with their service person. Upon inspection the technician explained to me that I purchased a Refrigerator that has restrictions to refill the Freon whenever it needs to be replaced or refilled. I was shocked to find that out 2 yrs later after a $700 purchase. Very misleading by AA Ideal Appliances. Seems like that's something the salesman should've mentioned before a purchase. So when I spoke with owner about what or if anything could be done to help resolve the issue? The owner simply said. " You're more than welcome to visit my store in Hapville Ga. to purchase another 2 yr Refrigerator. Wow! Only the honest hard working individuals who value every dollar that is deposited and withdrawn from their bank accounts will understand the frustration in never making this Unfortunate Mistake Again. Buyer beware unless you got money to throw away.

My husband bought a used stove Monday brought it home and hooked up the gas. A day or two later we kept smelling gas. He called them and they told him to please bring it back. He did and they offered to fix it free of charge or to exchange it. He exchanged it for another one. Both were very nice, updated, clean stoves. I couldn’t be happier with the service this place provided. The go to place for your appliances!
