Recently did a kitchen remodel. Builder sales and service sold my neighbors appliances and was the closest shop to me. Purchased a subzero fridge & freezer, wolf gas stovetop, kitchen aid dishwasher, and a kitchen aid double oven. Brad and his team came down and performed the installation. The wolf gas stovetop had one burner that was not working. They sent me the repair business number and told me to reach out. To clarify, this was a Brand new stovetop. Then, less than 3 weeks later, my subzero fridge went out (no power). I called Brad & he recommended I unplug it & get an electrician out. Never reached out, recommended an electrician, or cared at all. After getting an electrician out to ensure it was nothing on my end, I called back. Brad gave me the number of the repair business and wished me luck. Side note, the repair business (Birch & Birch) was awesome & they are great people. They actually ended up fixing my stovetop at the same time. Great folks. Subzero ended up replacing the control board and power unit & extending my warranty. Builder Sales and Service (ironically Service is in their name) never reached out to offer any assistance with warranty, repair, or just ask if I had been helped. My neighbor and I had to re-install the fridge back into the cabinets. This is a joke of a company & is simply just there as a middleman to sell high end appliances. They do not care about their customers at all. I was extremely disappointed with my experience & will not be recommending them to anyone. I don’t usually post any reviews, but felt this was necessary to if it ends up helping someone to shop elsewhere. Happy to provide receipts and references on the repair work for transparency.

I recently purchased a dishwasher here. I really appreciated the assistance in choosing the one that was the best for me. The installation of the new one was a wonderful experience! I had regretfully purchased one from Home Depot and dealing with the deception of the installation process was so bad that I canceled that one and came to Builder Sales and Services where I had nothing but wonderful service! Since I was so satisfied with that experience, I have just gone back to them to purchase a washing machine. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend - installation was prompt and professional. Also went above and beyond (elevated the dishwasher after new countertop installation left a gap despite not being the countertop installer!) Very knowledgeable from selection of appliances through installation and education on the use and care of appliances. Very appreciative!

I received a cooktop from a major store that was damaged. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement until January 4. I couldn’t wait as the granite was being installed and needed to be cut. I found a store in St. Louis, MO that had 1 so I was off and driving. While driving through Macon, (fro Savannah) I decided to give these guys a call. They were able to get access to the Whirlpool inventory in McDonough and they had several in stock. They saved me a very long drive. I highly recommend these guys for any appliance needs. Thanks again for the help.
